good glasses, nicely polarized, fashionable, but not dark enough Feb 08, 2008 I upgraded from the same style RayBans that were a few years old so I could get the wider temples to block more light from the sides. The older pair were the usual RayBan green, while these are the gray polarized glass. The polarized lenses make a noticable difference when driving, and I look forward to trying them on the boat this summer. Unfortunatly the lenses are not as dark as the green ones, and I am not sure how to tell which lenses are darker ones from model numbers etc., next time I buy... otherwise, good sunglasses.
